- two pre-wedding consultations
- creating a detailed wedding day timeline
- confirming details with vendors prior to wedding
- facilitating ceremony rehearsal 
- up to 8 hours of on-site support on wedding day
- directing ceremony processional
- coordinating and assisting with setup of ceremony and reception
- coordinating all floral arrangements, including bouquets and boutonnieres 
- acting as the point of contact for all vendors
- assisting wedding party and guests as needed
- distributing final payments and gratuity to vendors
- includes up to 2 coordinators if needed
